Our Connected Workplace Program gives you the option to choose a remote, hybrid or in-office workspace!Benefits of Becoming a NorthernerIn exchange for your talent and expertise, Northern is committed to providing:Robust Benefits plan, including a Health Spending AccountWellness Program & LifeWorks EAPFitness Reimbursement ProgramVet Care ProgramRRSP MatchingProfit-Sharing Performance BonusesEndless Professional Growth OpportunitiesDelicious Meals & Company Social EventsFree Onsite ParkingReferral Bonus ProgramFlexible work environment - so you can work where & when you work bestAllowance to help set up home officeJust to name a few!...Key ResponsibilitiesOwn all aspects of marketing project management for a number of clients, including project planning, remediation (QA, managing changes to project scope, scheduling and determining costsAct as the main client contact for project delivery, influencing the client to make clear, quick and concise project decisions.Develop, maintain and refine an achievable project schedule for marketing campaigns such as paid media, SEO, email marketing, etc.Contribute to building and delivering project status updates and performance reports to existing clients.Continually deliver consistent and clear visibility to all stakeholders (internal and external) of activities, milestones, costs, deliverables and risksProvide clients with innovative short and long term strategic marketing & technical guidance.Offer various or alternative solutions to client requests to meet their business objectives.Ensure that the project team produces all client work with the highest level of quality, on time, and on budget.Leverage project management tools effectively to ensure communication is flowing amongst all team members (internal and external).Prepare resourcing needs for weekly project forecasting meetings of cross-functional teamsEnsure there is a backlog of tasks on all projects you manage and that the project teams have the access and direction to work efficiently and effectivelyDevelop a positive and partnering relationship with all clients.Help to create time and value estimates for additional work with existing clients.Fulfill monthly invoicing needsKnowledge, Education & Experience Required3+ years of experience in digital marketing project management or related rolesCollege diploma or university degree in a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experiencePrevious experience in digital or traditional agency settingsExceptional relationship management skills, including active listening, curiosity, empathy, responsiveness, and constructive communicationProficient in creating independent project plans, timelines, and budgets for digital projectsGoogle Suite proficiencyUnderstanding of various digital marketing tactics (SEO, PPC, Social, Email, etc.)Familiarity with business concepts such as sales funnels, ROI, and seasonalitySupreme organization and time management skillsAbility to acquire a valid passport and the interest to travel in North AmericaBonus!Qualification in Project Management - PMP Certification is considered an asset.Previous experience managing Web Development ProjectsSince its founding in 2015, Northern has grown to over 150 employees, helping leading brands across North America navigate digital transformation..
