POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to define, develop and execute Midea Group’s digital branding and marketing strategy. This role will focus on developing and optimizing digital marketing initiative to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention by encompassing a variety of online initiatives including paid media, social channel strategy and management, eCRM, website UX/UI enhancements and brand guideline governance for all Tier 1 and Tier 2 websites for a multi-brand strategy that includes Midea, Eureka, TOSHIBA, Pelonis and Comfee’ across the country. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development of digital campaigns across multiple platforms both to support product/brand launches and shorter term opportunistic mini-campaigns to maintain an “always on” presence. Manage creative asset production for all new product launches, campaign budgets and schedules Lead the planning, developing, and implementing and optimizing website enhanced content for all Midea owned brands including, Midea, Eureka, Toshiba, Comfee and Pelonis and select private labels on branded and retailer websites. Lead brand guidelines governance on all Midea Group brand touchpoints including brand website and retailer.ca websites. Integrate with cross-functional and global departments to ensure flawless execution for website functionality enhancements, ecommerce integration, larger website projects and Email CRM for all Midea group brands. Lead social media strategy and work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative content and growth strategies. Strategize, propose, and implement new ways to continuously improve the customers digital experience with the portfolio of brands. Set, measure and report on KPI’s for all digital marketing campaigns to Senior Management on a regular basis. Provide subject matter expertise to the product teams to evaluate mid-campaign and post campaign analysis. Establish, plan and manage projects from start to finish including budgets acquisition, budget spend, reimbursement processes, resources, deliverables, timelines and submission of invoices. Adherence to digital brand standards and online accessibility compliance (AODA). Ensure consumer communication complies with CASL, privacy policy and other legal requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Post-secondary education in the Marketing field or a combination of related experience. 5+ years of experience in a similar role with at least 2 years experience working directly in the appliance industry in marketing. Experience manage social account and executing digital marketing programs. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills and team player.
