Digital Marketing Designer Position Overview: As our Digital Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually stunning digital assets and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates. Your creativity and strategic mindset will contribute to the success of our brand and enhance our online presence across various platforms. About Us: Omnify is an innovative architecture lighting company dedicated to transforming spaces through cutting-edge lighting solutions. We create for multi-brands and are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. Key Responsibilities: ·      Design eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, blog posts, email newsletters, digital ads, and website banners. ·      Develop creative concepts and visual strategies that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives, while also staying abreast of current design trends and best practices. ·      Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic. ·      Create and optimize website designs and landing pages for user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO), ensuring consistency in branding and messaging. ·      Edit and produce video content for digital marketing campaigns, including promotional videos, product demos, tutorials, and other video assets. ·      Collaborate with marketing team to produce engaging content for various social media platforms, including custom graphics, animations, and videos. ·      Design HTML email templates for email marketing campaigns, considering best practices for deliverability and engagement. ·      Assist with the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials, maintaining a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints. ·      Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including ad creative design and performance tracking. ·      Stay updated on digital design trends and incorporate innovative elements into designs. ·      Assist in creating and maintaining design templates for consistent branding. ·      Collaborate on copywriting for marketing content. Qualifications: ·      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. ·      Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on graphic design and visual content creation. ·      Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, InDesign) and other design tools/software. ·      Strong understanding of SEO and SEM best practices. ·      Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho) ·      Experience with web design and development technologies, including HTML/CSS and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress. ·      Demonstrated ability to analyze digital campaign performance and implement improvements. ·      Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail. ·      Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. ·      Strong understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
