We have negotiated partnerships with the 4 major contact lens manufacturers in Canada to be their subscription program provider.JOB TITLEDigital B2B Marketing Manager (Eyecare) - Part-Time - Work From HomeJOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a Digital B2B Marketing Manager to accelerate Care1’s growth in Canada.  The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing Care1’s marketing and social media strategy.   The primary customer base for this role consists of optometrists with ophthalmology and eye care patients being secondary priorities.You will work closely with the business development team to expand awareness and adoption of Care1’s industry-leading telemedicine and AI technologies in Canada.   You’ll be Care1’s first Marketing Specialist, so we are looking for someone who is keen to build out our programs, developing our approach to database management, segmentation, automation and campaign planning. We’re looking for someone who understands how email, social media, participation in events and engaging in partnerships, can fit into holistic strategies for customer acquisition and engagement and is excited about the prospect of collaborating to build out these journeys.This is a unique opportunity to be an integral part of an eyecare technology company. We are looking for a team member with sales and business development experience, specifically in the eyecare field, to help scale our company nationally. Primary Responsibilities: Own strategy and execution for Care1’s digital marketingCreate and manage email marketing plan that include developing a campaign calendar, producing emails and building marketing automation programs to drive conversion and customer engagementCollaborate with cross-functional team members like business development, software engineering, and operations to build and implement digital marketing campaignsCollaborate with various stakeholders to create and optimize journeys and build customer lifecycle marketing programsAnalyze and gather data about campaigns, events, and quantifiable leads to share with cross-functional partners and make optimizations informed by metrics and recommendations for new campaigns, programs and eventsIdentify A/B testing opportunities, execute and optimize against your resultsEnsuring all initiatives meet and maintain regulatory and compliance standardsWrite press releases, finalizing write-ups for business development partnerships/agreements and marketing required for sales reps and social media postingsWriting and posting, press releases and social media marketing - including webinars CE events etc.Expand, update and manage the Care1 websiteUpdating PowerPoints and keeping them currentDevelop and assist with the input and tracking of data collection from signups/per events, marketing campaignsThis should not be considered to be the final and complete job responsibilities     Required Skills and Qualifications:2-3 years of general marketing experience building, sending, and analyzing email campaigns and programs, ideally in ecommerceEducation that is related to Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent work experience in a relevant fieldExperience building email marketing and maintaining automation programs, including audience segmentation strategies, list management and experimentationExperience overseeing, reporting and analyzing program and campaign performanceYou are analytically driven, with proven success in translating data into insights and actionKnowledge and understanding of CANSPAM, CASL and GDPRStrong organization and project management skillsSome knowledge of HTML and CSS for email an assetStrong communication skills and ability to work with many different people.Self-starter who's also comfortable working in a highly collaborative environmentStrong experience in all media communicationsHave the desire and ability to learn new tools and techniquesAbility to adapt strategies and stay on top of digital marketing trendsOpen an adaptable to shifting priorities and focuses  Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience in a fast-paced, energetic startup environmentSelf-starter and proactiveAdaptable to changing business conditions and priorities Position Details:This position is a part-time (5-20h per week) with possible expansion to full-timePosition is 100% remote, work from homeApplication Process:Please visit our website www.care1.ca and our Linked In page https://www.linkedin.com/company/care1tech for more information about Care1.We utilize software called Coda to help organize our application materials.
