You are at the right spot!The Digital Advertising Coordinator is a role created to ensure the success of service delivery across a variety of digital products in niche B2B industries. Example products and tasks include programmatic campaigns, paid search ads, content creation, campaign strategy, and more. You will also build consultative relationships with clients, facilitate day-to-day client communications, and work closely with Grenis Media sales staff, subcontractors, and teams to ensure that all client goals are exceeded.Skills/Qualifications:0-3 years of digital marketing and client management experienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related fieldStrong writing and editing skills with the ability to recognize brand voice and audienceAbility to operate at both strategic and tactical levelsStrong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities, meet established deadlines and independently monitor project timelines and workflowSelf-directed, self-motivated, and experienced marketing professionalA quick learner with a high level of energy, independence, and great initiativeExperience with Google Analytics, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Unbounce, MailChimp, or similar is preferredExperience with digital marketing channels preferredPositive work ethic, eagerness to learn, results-drivenJob Description:Strategize, set up, and manage programmatic and Google paid search ads (programmatic training is offered to the team)Act as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of clientsCreatively optimize and adjust advertising messaging to improve consumer interest and bolster customer acquisition for clientsInterpret campaign trends and monitor key performance indicators to implement strategy recommendations with clientsGenerate and present reports, analysis, and recommendations for assigned clients and upper managementDrive adoption of and long-term engagement with Grenis Media’s productsCollaborate with clients to understand target goals and audience demographicsCollaborate with designers to create graphical components, including digital advertisementOptimize content on landing pages, company websites, and distribution mediumsMaintain good relationships and open communication with clientsWorks as a member of a team to accomplish client goalsPerks:Attractive Base SalaryGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) to make sure you get the most out of your work/life balanceTeam building events like golf, go-karting, BBQ’s and moreContinuous mentorship from management and the experienced team at Grenis MediaSpiffs & CompetitionsCompany BenefitsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:Casual dressCompany eventsDental careExtended health careOn-site parkingPaid time offVision careSchedule:8-hour shiftCOVID-19 considerations:All Ontario Guidelines are followed for in-office work.Work Location: In person
