Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, the Digital Acquisition Manager will lead our team of digital paid media specialists, oversee agencies to optimize our local and international student recruitment efforts around the world. This person will be responsible for optimizing and standardizing our media placement practices and advertising strategies in key markets in Canada and internationally. She will work closely with her team and the CMOs of the educational institutions to ensure that we are targeting the right learner at the right time with the right acquisition strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and coach a team that works closely with our regional teams to generate demand in each market and develop digital advertising campaigns that achieve their objectives;
  • Facilitate the creation and use of an inventory of content, targeting data and media tactics (or more generally: marketing initiatives) that are easily reproducible across the network and easily deployable while keeping in mind the importance of adapting to the "local flavour";
  • Assist your team, branch associates and regional marketing managers in identifying objectives and KPIs for each type of marketing initiative and ensure that the right initiatives are planned at each stage of the learner enrollment funnel;
  • Help your team and agency associates identify the best audiences and leverage the most relevant paid media platforms for each audience and tactic. (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Snapchat Ads, etc.);
  • Help marketers optimize their landing pages and website experiences to ensure paid media traffic reaches its goal;
  • Ensure compliance with media plans by agencies, request for purchase orders (POs), and drafting of monthly reports;
  • Ensure the right strategies are in place and constantly optimize by doing A/B or multi-variant testing;
  • Use all available data to optimize campaigns (CRM, websites, etc.) and come up with new ideas for marketing automation;
  • Measure results and ensure the creation of multiple dashboards and reports to enable regions and senior management to understand our results;
  • Develop the use and number of use cases of our Customer Data Platform, to better measure our results, better target relevant audiences, and optimize the user experience;
  • Keep conversion tracking up-to-date via pixel and offline, thanks to Google Tag Manager and our Customer Data Platform;
  • Update and add the import of leads in our CRM;
  • Guarantee the validity of user tracking by collecting their consents before any marketing tracking;
  • Keep an eye on the competition and industry trends in order to implement best practices and be on the lookout for new developments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree;
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in managing digital paid media strategies, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Youtube;
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager as well as Facebook Ads, Tik Tok Ads, etc.;
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in team management;
  • Bilingualism (French, English) both oral and written, fluency in Spanish is an asset.

This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
