Job Description
Reporting to: Program Manager
Responsibilities:
- Provide Diabetic footcare services
- Offer education and health promotion teaching on Diabetes management
- Assist Diabetes patients with self-management and proper footcare
- Conduct community-based footcare clinics
- Engage in statistical reporting
- Consult with other health care providers
- Facilitate referrals to Chiropodist or other Orthopedic specialist as needed
