Job Description

Our team has an immediate permanent opening for a DFX Digital Engineering Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and building the company's non-functional quality attribute engineering capability digitalization system, systematically planning related platforms, specifications, tools, baselines, templates, processes, etc., to achieve the company's DFX engineering capability system global leadership.
  • Continuously build DFX digital engineering platform and tools and integrate the feasibility into the system design operation platform to realize Design for X, enabling the company's leading brand competitiveness.
  • Guiding the research of DFX fundamental theories and advanced engineering technologies, gaining insights into and grasping industry and technology development trends, and conducting advanced technology research and breakthroughs in the face of global challenges, new industries and new trends to ensure that industrial DFX continues to take the lead.
  • Guiding the construction of DFX-related technical standards and specifications and promoting them to domestic and international DFX standard organizations, suppliers and eco-partners.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Rich experience designing architecture for large and complex systems and familiarity with AI and other technologies (e.g., LLM).
  • Familiarity with model-based systems engineering theory, methodology, and process, with 1 to 2 years of project management experience.
  • Experience with digital twin projects and familiarity with complex system modelling, simulation, and other theories, methods, and tools.
  • Ability to research and analyze cutting-edge technologies in the industry and lead technical presentations and planning for the DFX digital engineering platform.
  • More than 10 years of experience in designing architectures for large and complex systems.
  • Experience with 1 to 2 model-based systems engineering projects, including but not limited to system modelling and simulation, process design, tool development, etc.
  • Seasoned in developing DFX engineering capabilities, particularly in reliability, safety, serviceability, and energy saving (at least one).
  • More than 6 years of experience in planning in reliability, safety, serviceability, and energy saving (at least one).
  • Experience with more than 2 research projects in reliability, safety, serviceability, and energy saving.
  • Possesses good insight and understanding, has a big-picture perspective, and develops thinking.
