Vaughan ONThe Land Development Manager is responsible for the overall planning, development, and execution of land development projects for various groups of Developers as you guide them through the land entitlement process. This position requires a strong understanding of land development principles and practices, as well as the ability to manage complex projects and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.Responsibilities include:Developing and implementing land development plansManaging the land development process from acquisition to completionWorking with architects, engineers, and other professionals to design and build projectsOverseeing the budget and schedule for land development projectsManaging the environmental and permitting process for land development projectsWorking with local government officials and community members to ensure that land development projects are in compliance with regulations and meet the needs of the communityQualifications:Bachelors degree in land development, urban planning, or a related field10+ years of experience in land developmentStrong understanding of land development principles and practicesAbility to manage complex projects and work effectively with a variety of stakeholdersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
