to join our Digital team. The Digital Department is responsible for engaging and growing the EMILYs List community and providing online resources for EMILYs List candidates. The department works closely with the Campaigns, Training, Development, and Communications teams to ensure our online program advances the organization’s fundraising, messaging, and electoral priorities. As a member of the Digital Department, the

is responsible for creating design materials for a variety of media, including digital, print, social media, and web. They will also collaborate with the Deputy Creative Director on larger branding projects and campaigns. Essential Job Functions

Create high-quality graphic design materials for a variety of media, including digital, print, social media, web and merchandise; Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and communicate the intended message effectively; Work closely with Digital team members and other departments at EMILYs List to deliver cohesive and effective design assets; Assist in photography selection and file maintenance for graphics; Participate in brainstorming sessions and meetings and contribute innovative ideas for projects and merchandise; Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends; Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Candidates should have at least one year of professional experience in design. Experience in politics or the non-profit sector is preferred, but not required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. .Strong attention to detail and ability to create both digital and print designs. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity and technical expertise. All candidates should possess commitment and passion to elect Democratic pro-choice women, as well as a commitment to the diversity of our candidates, membership, partners, and staff. The

salary for this position is $63,000

and comes with a
