At Punchcard, we’re in the process of inventing a new type of consulting agency, and so we need great people to come along on this journey with us! Our clients come to us to help them solve interesting challenges using technology. We are scaling our team and are looking for a Delivery Manager to manage client projects from concept to completion.

The path in which we move as a team from concept to completion is an ever evolving and constantly improving process that requires a deft hand to define, plan, delegate, track, review, and measure results to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will work with our clients, product managers, and project teams to ensure project goals are met and the final delivery wows our customers.

As a

Delivery Manager , you will enable cross-team alignment and empower teams to deliver quality projects efficiently. You will help meet Punchcard goals by resourcing and scheduling projects, tracking project and team performance, facilitating process change management, and acting as an escalation for team blockers. What you will need to do: Initiating and closing projects:

Setup project in accordance with client contracts Setup project tools New client onboarding Schedule and coordinate sprint ceremony meetings Facilitate project internal hand-over/kick-off (communicate contract details, as well as review project tools for hand-off)

DevOps Teams Ledger Billing Milestones Mural Harvest projects

Communicate budget to team Facilitate retros and manage action items

Resourcing and scheduling:

Facilitating resourcing meetings Update Harvest and Forecast tooling Maximize resource utilization Monitor potential burnout Report on under or over-allocations Reporting project budget use and flagging issues Time entry tracking Monitor project progress

Process Improvement:

Facilitating process improvements Documenting processes Lead change management Ensuring consistent process implementation across teams

Team Support:

Resource and process blockers Communication escalations

Monitor team and project performance:

Profitability Outcomes Achieved Capacity (Billable/Unbillable)

Advocate for Punchcard vision and strategy:

Risks are being identified and mitigated Encourage and recognize quality work and success

Skills we expect you to bring: 1-3 years experience in project coordination/management or scrum master. Experience within an Agile methodology an asset. Experience with consultancy projects an asset. History of managing digital projects from concept to completion an asset. Strong communication skills with excellent writing, presentation, and reporting capabilities. Active listening and effective collaboration. Self-motivation and ability to be proactive. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Decision making – prioritization, maintaining scope, risk mitigation. Proficient with project management and communication software. Ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams. Ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings and reviews. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
