We have a permanent role of Delivery Manager with one of our clients which a global consulting firm. The role offers £65-70k annual salary plus other benefits. This position is based in London offering hybrid working (2-3 days in office per week).
Role Details
- 12+ years of industry experience in managing enterprise-grade projects of an IT contract especially with ERP/JDE , DOTNET , MS Full stack Technologies etc.
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Involve in Execution Governance of all projects getting executed in location
- Accountable for Delivery of the Streams owned and delivered independently
- First level of Escalation for Delivery
- Collaborate and work with Onsite/Offshore Program Managers/other location Delivery Managers (Peers)
- Be a backup to the Offshore Program Managers in the assigned Stream
- Own the P&L for the Location. Track project budget, progress, and fulfillment of project milestones.
- Track and Improve Gross Margin for the track owned
- Own the project from inception to delivery.
- Help customer and Solution Architects scope the project and plan deliveries, and drive POCs
- Schedule and assign resources for project tasks together with other program/project managers.
- Identify risks and issues throughout the project, monitor service delivery, and initiate strategies and plans to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
