Full Time: ExemptLocations: Beale AFB, CA Job Description:Kirby Pike Engineering is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, experienced candidate for the DCGS technical support team. The successful SIGINT Sensor Resource Manager candidate is responsible for the configuration and operation of AF DCGS ground and airborne sensor systems. The position requires daily coordination with ground system maintainers, mission planners, and operators to configure the systems, analyze performance, optimize system performance, troubleshoot anomalies to ensure operational success.Responsibilities:Perform system administration support to the PCPAD processProvide direct mission support to low band and high band journeyman experts to perform Pre-Mission, Mission execution and Post mission responsibilities in support of the operational systems.Monitor sensor and ground health and status and quickly resolve issues as they occur.Perform mission focused end-to-end analysis, diagnostics, and fault isolation for SIGINT systemsConfigure and manage multiple airborne SIGINT sensor missions and processes simultaneously at a Core siteMaintains all HBS SW to operate and interface with multiple sensors, sites, and systemsAdministration of COTS or GOTS software solutions used by DCGS operators and analysts (CICS, RIM, CETS, SEAM, etc.)Identify anomalies and create, update and action Incident tickets and support engineering and technical issue resolutionProvide technical support for continuous technical improvement and system upgradeSupports cybersecurity implementation and sustainment Support post upgrade development and optimization of TTPs, and Ols.Conduct OJT to enhance proficiency and identify sustainment support improvementsPerform TCTO, TCNO, etc. as directedPreferred Experience:Experience with military SIGINT domains to include U-2, Global Hawk, MQ-1 and MQ-9 sensors and processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) architecturesUNIX (Solaris or Linux) and Microsoft Windows system administrationAdministration of COTS or GOTS software solutions used by DCGS operators and analysts (CICS, RIM, CETS, etc.)Experience administering VMware (containers, storage, and resources) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, OpenStack, etc.)Experience with SW development methods (shell scripts, JavaScript, Python, PHP, C/C , C#, Java, XML, HTML, etc.)Oracle database system administrationFamiliarity with x86-based server HWFamiliarity with the Serena ticket reporting systemUnderstanding of cyber security tools and methodsRequired Experience:Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skillsTen (10) or more years Information System Security ManagementTen (10) or more years AF DCGS experienceRequirements:U.S. citizenship requiredActive DoD TS/SCIEducation/Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) fieldDoD 8570.1 (IAT Level II or IAM Level I) certification (e.g. CAP, Security+ CE, CCNA, CySA+,SSCP, etc..)DoD 8570.1 IASAE Level I (e.g., CASP+ CE, CISSP, etc.)Kirby Pike Engineering is a full-service engineering company based in Lagrange, GA.
