Our Client is looking for experienced Dayforce (Ceridian) resources to join their practice on a permanent basis.
Start: June 2024 Location: Toronto/Montreal/Ottawa preferred. Can be anywhere in Canada
Work Arrangement: Mostly remote
Travel: Must be open to 30% travel

Role:
The Dayforce resource will join a growing practice that focuses on HRIS and driving large scale change strategies, organizational design and transforming HR organizations.

Responsibilities Include

  • Lead a team of talented consultants to successfully deliver Dayforce HCM solutions to clients.
  • Oversee project implementation, manage client relationships, and drive business growth by ensuring that our Dayforce engagements meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess client needs, design solutions, and deliver high-impact Dayforce configurations. 
  • Provide expertise and support to the Dayforce functional team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dayforce capabilities, features and updates.
  • Provide thought leadership in the HCM space and on Dayforce leading practices. 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. 

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in HCM implementation with a proven track record of leading successful Dayforce implementations.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – being able to clearly define or clarify problems, determine appropriate solutions and tailoring to client needs. 
  • Business analytical skills – making observations, anticipating client and management needs or expectations. 
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed. 

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
