Family Visions is a non-profit organization that provides residential care services for adults with intellectual disabilities. We are currently seeking permanent full-time day and eveningTeam Leaders. Dayshift is 8 am -4pm and Evening shift is 2 pm – 10pm. All applicants must be organized and have proven leadership skills. This posting is for 2 separate positions.
Requirements:
- Experience working with adults living with cognitive and physical disabilities.
- Knowledge of Mental Health Issues.
- Valid Emergency First Aid & CPR
- Clear Criminal Record Check (within the last 3 months)
- Clear Adult Abuse Registry Check (within the last 3 months)
- Grade 12 Education
- Valid Manitoba Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle for daily use.
- Must speak fluent English.
- Be available every 2 nd weekend.
Hourly wage range is $18.31- $21.34 depending on experience and education
Responsibility:
Team Leader provides direct support service support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, assisting with finances, medical appointments/concerns and healthy living both physical and emotional.
