InnoVyne is a software consultancy that specializes in Integrated Performance Management that combines Sales Performance Management and Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting into a unified view of the business. We partner with sales and financial organizations to address automation, efficiency and transparency challenges in their sales operations, incentive compensation & financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. We are seeking a talented and motivated Database Analyst to join our team. As a Database Analyst, you will be responsible for managing data and ensuring its accuracy, security, and accessibility for stakeholders. You will work with client project teams to implement creative database architecture for Sales Performance Management solutions consistent with Client Requirements. Basic RequirementsBachelor’s degree or college program, usually in computer science, computer engineering, or in mathematics is required. Computer programming and related experience is required. ResponsibilitiesAssist in the implementation lifecycle of database management systems. Document and communicate the installation and configuration of software applications in accordance with the client’s specifications. Formulate key recommendations to guide clients’ testing process to improve their efficiency and accuracy when working with their model. Work with our customers to facilitate and compile test scripts, test cases, and overall testing plans. Coordinate and communicate with the project manager and project resources. Gather, organize, and interpret statistical data from the database to provide reports to, and answer questions from, senior level management. Prepare the statement of work and implementation project scoping efforts. Enable stakeholders throughout the project, identify and resolve production and/or applications development problems related to the use of the database management system software or utilities, and provide regular status updates to the Project Management team.
