Your tasks as a Data Entry Analyst :
- Keep our price lists, products and catalogs up to date
- Maintain and improve product catalogs
- Work as a team with the purchasing and IT manager to correct errors in our catalogs (price lists) as needed.
- Communicate with suppliers and maintain good business relations
- Ensure the efficiency of the purchasing process
- Enter, check, sort and file data or information
- Ensure good communication both with external partners and with internal collaborators in other departments.
- Work closely with team members and support them in their day-to-day tasks
The required qualifications for the Data Entry Analyst position:
- DEC in procurement, accounting and management or a related program of study, or any equivalent combination of training and experience
- A minimum of 2-5 years experience in the same role or any equivalent combination of experience
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English
- Comfortable with Excel's main functions
- Basic knowledge of other MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience in a similar position in a distribution center (ASSET)
