Job Description

Cardinal Health Canada, with over 1,300employees nationwide, is an essential link in the Canadian healthcare supply chain, providing over 70,000products to healthcare facilities and medical professionals across the country.

We are looking for a Data Migration Developer for a 10-month contract role and as a Data Migration Developer, you will support Cardinal Health Canada IT Team in their upgrade of the Canada ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop, maintain, and operate data conversion packages, specifically with Customer, Product and Supplier Master, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Open Balances, etc.

  • Assist in the data migration activities including data migration, data mapping, data cleansing, data preparation and testing

  • Perform data reconciliation between prior and after loading to target system

  • Work cross-functionally with business teams to understand requirements and facilitate UAT

  • Create support documentation as needed

Skills and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science required

  • 8+ years of SQL Development and/or Data Migration required

  • Database Extract, Transform, and Load experience with Data Profile and Cleansing

  • Strong Data Analysis and advanced SQL skills

  • Knowledge of JD Edwards World A7.3 and SAP S4 Hana is an asset

  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Attention to details, commitment to quality work
