We are dedicated to challenging the status quo and relentlessly pursuing unique insights.Digital AnalystAs a Data Analyst, you are a sucker for data. In fact, you can’t get enough! The Data Analyst is engaged throughout the lifecycle of a campaign. Through ongoing investigation, you uncover insights into consumer behaviours to better understand how best to reach our target audiences in the strategy development phase. Your analysis of post campaign performance provides insights into what worked and where the opportunities lie moving forward.Supporting the Senior Analyst, primary responsibilities include data analysis, development of digital reports, troubleshooting and testing tracking and platform pixels and implementation of campaign tracking.Responsibilities Collaborate with digital media planners on campaigns to determine conversion points, measurements of success and KPI’s.Generate and place pixels via GoogleTag Manager for campaigns. Includes trouble-shooting, monitoring and integration of Analytics with Google Ads conversions.Google Analytics account implementation and customization, including GA4 aggregation of campaign data, including retrieval from various platforms.Analyze and evaluate campaign and website data to develop performance reports, recommendations and optimizations for current/future campaigns.Develop dashboards and reporting templates on a client-by-client basis. Reports may be required monthly, quarterly, annually.Act as an in-house expert on web analytics.Support digital team through analysis of website analytics to prepare reports which include performance insights and recommendations.Media mix modeling - majority for paid digital. Preparing reports and visualizations to show impact of media where ROI is difficult to correlate (i.e, social).Working knowledge of various platforms: Meta business manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn, third party ad serving, Pinterest, Snapchat and TwitterAdditional exploration and implementation of tools, solutions and success strategies as requiredBonus skill set: explore and possibly build an API to migrate GA4 data into Big QueryQualifications:2+ years experience in campaign reporting, campaign optimization, implementation and troubleshooting and attributionProficient in Google suite and Microsoft productsGoogle Tag Manager experienceAdvanced GA4 experience.Advanced in Looker Studio and SupermetricsComfortable in social platforms (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environmentAble to manage deadlines for multiple projects/tasksExceptional attention to detailProblem solverAble to self teach and research when necessaryPositive attitudeIs self-motivated but loves working in a team environmentWe love people who are curious, ask questions, like to share knowledge and collaborate.
