Responsibilities may encompass, but are not restricted to: Formulate and execute strategies involving the development of databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other approaches aimed at enhancing statistical efficiency and data quality. Utilize data visualization techniques to analyze data comprehensively, unveiling insights, discerning trends, and identifying anomalies. Craft and maintain dashboards, reports, and various data visualizations to proficiently convey discoveries to both internal and external stakeholders within the BDM. Detect, evaluate, and interpret trends or patterns within intricate data sets. Contribute to the formulation and implementation of data solutions, which may include data models, databases, and data integration initiatives. Collaborate closely with the data stewardship network to ensure strict adherence to data quality, security, privacy, and compliance standards. Install, configure, and perform upgrades on database systems to ensure they operate optimally while aligning with established best practices.Requirements Bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline. Proven experience in data analysis, data mining, and data visualization. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, including Python, R, SQL, and data manipulation libraries. Strong knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or open-source alternatives. Solid understanding of statistical techniques and hypothesis testing. Effective communication skills to convey complex data findings to stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically. Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
