The team at Jane is dedicated to providing delightful experiences with data and empowering decision-making across the organization. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in achieving these goals and mentoring other analysts.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Deliver meaningful insights and analytics across multiple subject areas
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and improve metrics, models, and dimensions
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for real-time insights
- Create Looker reports and dashboards for data visualization
- Support documentation, onboarding, training, and best practices for data models
This role requires you to have:
- 3+ years experience as a data analyst in a high-growth environment
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics and ability to define, implement, and measure them
- Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, dbt, and Looker
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with ETL concepts and tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
You would benefit from having:

- Proficiency in Tableau or PowerBI
