As we continue to expand, we're seeking a Data Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our brand.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Data Analyst at Fièra Cosmetics, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our data analysis and reporting needs, driving the growth and success of our brand. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with our executive leadership team, tackle complex analytical challenges, and deliver valuable insights in a fast-paced environment.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and build data pipelines in collaboration with key stakeholders to automate data collection and aggregation processes for reporting dashboards.Generate regular reports on profitability, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV), incorporating data updates reflecting business changes while preserving historical data.Support day-to-day Finance team operations, including cash flow analysis.Proactively identify business needs and develop relevant reporting or processes to address them.Analyze pricing lever changes and assess their impact on profitability, volume forecast, and customer basket.Collaborate with the leadership team to identify critical data inquiries and investigations, assisting in the development of financial projections and scenario planning.Communicate complex data issues visually and in writing to diverse stakeholders.QUALIFICATIONSTo excel in this role, you should possess:4+ years of professional experience in budgeting/planning, financial modeling, and decision analytics (e.g., FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, investment banking, private equity, accounting).Strong investigation and data analysis skills.Technical proficiency in advanced MS Excel, SQL, and basic database architecture.Nice-to-have technical skills: Tableau, Python, Google BigQuery, Dagster.Basic understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Highly self-motivated with a collaborative spirit.Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and external stakeholders.Experience working with large datasets and crafting financial analyses to communicate insights.Bonus: Experience developing board decks and executive presentations.What's in it for YouA fully remote role that offers flexibility in your work environment.Opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and make a tangible impact on our brand's trajectory.Creative environment fostering problem-solving and investigation.How to ApplyIf you are a data-driven professional with a passion for analysis and a desire to contribute to the success of a rapidly growing brand, please submit your resume outlining your relevant experience and why you are the ideal candidate for this role.The Interview ProcessInitial Screening: 30-minute discussion with our HR team to delve into your experience and potential fit within our team.First Interview: 45-minute conversation with our Operations Director/COO to explore your background and aspirations for the role.Work Sample: Complete a brief task to showcase your skills and gain insight into our work environment.Final Interview: Meet with two members of our leadership team for a conclusive discussion.
