Selrhub IT Solutions is a company seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to extract insights and inform decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. Additionally, you will develop and maintain data models, databases, and dashboards to organize and visualize data effectively.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

Develop and maintain data models, databases, and dashboards to organize and visualize data effectively.
Interpret data trends and patterns to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Conduct statistical analyses and predictive modeling to forecast trends and outcomes.
Prepare and present reports, presentations, and data visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and implement solutions to ensure data integrity.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization.
Assist with ad-hoc data analysis projects and initiatives as needed.
This role requires you to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
