We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join the Distribution Enablement team at CI Global Asset Management. The Distribution Enablement team supports the organization through application management, business intelligence and insights, process innovation, and activation/campaign management. The successful candidate will work with the Director of Distribution Enablement on data-related tasks that underly these four strategic pillars.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both data analysis and business processes.Please note this is a 1 year contract. WHAT YOU WILL DO Respond to inquiries and requests for information from stakeholders promptly. Work with stakeholders across multiple teams to identify needs and requirements. Support the administration of data management solutions and enablement platforms. Ensure stored data is easily accessible to internal and external teams. Extract, analyze & interpret large, complex datasets for use in modelling. Complete data cleansing and optimization initiatives for the Salesforce CRM. Support various stakeholders with reporting and analytics requests. Support critical processes including sales compensation and business segmentation. Improve training and operational procedures to increase productivity. Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvements. WHAT YOU WILL BRING 2+ years of work experience in quantitative analysis. Solid understanding of data and data modeling. In-depth knowledge and experience with the following tools:Sales CRM e.g., Salesforce Visualization e.g., Tableau and ThoughtSpot Modelling e.g., MS Office (Excel) Database software e.g., Snowflake Optional: Sales Compensation SoftwareUnderstanding SQL and Python would be an asset. A strong analytical mindset and sophisticated written and verbal communication skills. Experience in the Financial Services Industry is an asset. Ability to work within an organization based upon continuous improvement. Post-secondary degree in a quantitative discipline.
