Make an impact with our Technology - Cyber Security team as a Cyber Security Operations Specialist. This diverse team of tech-savvy problem solvers enables MNP to take a proactive and prepared approach to cyber crime and capitalize on new technologies and innovations. As a trusted advisor, you’ll investigate threats, develop policies and enhance infrastructure to minimize the impact of security-related events to protect MNP's business operations and reputation.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and investigate security alerts generated by various security tools and platforms
- Respond promptly to security incidents, assess the impact, and implement appropriate countermeasures
- Proactively search for signs of malicious activity within the organization's network and systems
- Conduct digital forensics to determine the scope, nature, and impact of security incidents
- Document findings and provide detailed reports for further analysis and remediation
- Participate in the development and enhancement of incident response plans
- Collaborate with other teams to contain and eradicate security threats
- Maintain and optimize security tools to ensure maximum effectiveness
- Stay updated on the latest cyber security trends and technologies
Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a SOC analyst
- Proven experience in security alert investigation, threat hunting, and forensic investigations
- Proficiency in utilizing various cyber security tools and technologies
- Completion of GIAC, SANS, or equivalent cyber security certifications is considered an asset
