AK Steel Holding is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to work from home in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer success or a related field. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work remotely while still making a significant impact on the success of our customers and our company.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services - Proactively communicate with customers to understand their needs and expectations, and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive customer success and growth - Lead customer onboarding and training processes to ensure a smooth transition and maximize their value from our products - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement - Develop and implement customer success strategies and best practices to optimize customer retention and loyalty - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the customer success team


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field - Driven and reliable with a proven track record of successfully managing and growing customer relationships - Strong leadership and innovation skills to drive customer success initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
