He drives Topline growth through increasing On Shelf Availability (OSA) and contributing to Operational Excellence in execution. He ensures customer satisfaction to drive long term business growth and mutual success. More specifically: 1- Contribution to Topline growth through Customer Collaboration - Owner of Customer relationship with development of a sustainable collaboration model. - Works in close partnership with Danone Sales team and the other departments of Supply Chain. - Influence customer teams in their varia system through available data to increase internal forecast accuracy and ultimately drive on shelf availability. 2- Point of contact for all Customer Daily operations. - Deep knowledge of Operations (Danone and Customer) - Accountable for customer order integrity and interpretation of volumes ordered by the Customer 3- Team management Support team with day-to-day operations Put in place & animate an individual development plan for each member of his team to increase functional & managerial skills Promote internal networks to increase functional learnings 4. VMI orders - Build the VMI sales orders to minimize warehouse wastes while maintaining a high service level to stores. - Contribute to improving short term forecasting by collecting and analyzing customer data and providing relevant insights to demand planning team. #LI-NORAM #LI-HYBRID About youThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and competencies: 5 to 7 years in multiple functions with Supply Chain and/or Sales with CPMG experience Ability to design a long term strategy Team leader Analytical skill Operations management About usAre you ready to join our incredible team?
