We are an internationally regulated investment brokerage that provides access to our partners and clients, direct market access to the most sophisticated financial instruments in the world.

With our LATAM Headquarters based in Seychelles - We are looking for talented people who can, together with the company, grow and reach its professional and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • To be able to assist clients in resolving possible issues with the platform;
  • Assist clients with the registration process;
  • Create trading accounts in the back office after receiving due diligence approval;
  • To help clients to resolve their issues via chat/phone.

Qualifications

  • A good level of proficiency in English is mandatory;
  • At least two years in the Customer Service area;
  • A person who knows how to work as a team;
  • Passionate to help clients resolve their queries.
