Insight Global is looking for an In-Person Exams Greeter to play a pivotal role in managing the check-in and examination process for candidates appearing for in-person exams. They will also be responsible for taking calls to book or modify customers exams, and will need to up-sell services at this time. As the first point of contact for exam candidates, the Greeter will provide a welcoming and organized experience, ensuring a smooth and efficient examination process.

Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Check-In: Greet exam candidates warmly, verify their identification and registration details, and provide instructions for the examination process.

2. Admission Control: Monitor and manage the flow of candidates to ensure a controlled and orderly check-in process.

3. Address Inquiries: Respond to candidate inquiries regarding examination procedures, policies, and general information.

4. Document Management: Collect and organize necessary documentation and forms from candidates as required for the examination process.

5. Troubleshooting: Act as a resource to address minor technical issues and concerns that candidates may encounter during check-in.

6. Ensuring Compliance: Strictly adhere to all security protocols and examination policies to maintain the integrity of the testing environment.

7. Test Materials Management: Assist with the distribution and collection of examination materials, ensuring proper handling and confidentiality.

8. Facility Setup: Support the preparation and arrangement of the examination room to accommodate candidates and maintain a conducive testing environment.

9. Post-Exam Procedures: Assist with post-examination procedures, including candidate sign-out and related administrative tasks.

10. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to create a positive experience for exam candidates.
