Our agencies are open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Our standard work week for agency staff is 37.5 hours, and each employee must rotate their work schedule so that the Agency is staffed appropriately. Accountabilities:Manage the renewals processIdentify opportunities to up-sell and cross sell our product lineUse each customer contact as an opportunity to get referralsBe the first point of contact for customers and service their needsQualifications:Post-secondary education or equivalent work experienceMust have General Insurance License (OTL) or be willing to obtainStrong knowledge of Allstate Products and ServicesWorking knowledge of Allstate & vendor technologies, including PlusBonus Qualifications:Prior experience in inside or outside sales is an assetAllstate Canada Group has policies and practices that provide workplace accommodations.
