Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a client in Cambridge, Ontario for the role of Customer Services. Direct Hire Full time roleMonday to Friday- Onsite role 40 hours/ weekThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing customers’ orders, day-to-day clerical duties and assists in all aspects of customer service.1. Customer Service enter incoming orders in the order entry module of ACCPAC filing of customer invoicesprocess credits for return goods and/or price adjustments2. Trade ShowsAttend PIJAC tradeshow in Quebec and Toronto3. Other activities and responsibilities as assigned from time to timeincluding administrative assistance to other staff as directedQualifications Must be fluent in English both written and oral.Must have accurate data entry skills and practical use of Excel and Word.Ability to work effectively with Sage ACCPAC Accounting PackageStrong communication and collection skills Ability to work with all staff members as well as customers in a diplomatic mannerSelf-starter, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlinesEDI an asset Reports to: Manager, Customer Service
