Job Description

Position Responsibilities Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat. Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering. Become a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior customer service experience is a plus , but we’ll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
