We are a well-established Property/Casualty Insurance Brokerage located in Mississauga, seeking an RIBO-licensed Personal Line CSR with some knowledge of Commercial Lines (Preferable Not Mandatory), TSR's or experienced Team Leader, Sales Brokers.If you are looking for an opportunity with a growing Insurance Brokerage, have a great personality with a desire to make insurance simple, clear, and easy for your clients, we would like to hear from you!!Requirements: Current RIBO licenseWorking knowledge of Power Broker (Preferable), and Compu QuoteWorking knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong customer service experience (i.e. 2+ years’ experience as Personal Lines CSR)High performance team playerPositive & outgoing attitudeExcellent verbal & written communication skillsStrong attention to detail & accuracyExcellent organization skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks, and follow-up on uncompleted tasks in a timely manner Key Responsibilities include: Handling incoming client requests promptly and efficientlyUpholding service standards to all clientsFront line u/w for existing and new client filesSuper-qualify prospective clientsProviding premium estimates & best “solution” for clients & prospectsCompleting application process for new clientsRemarketing of existing accounts, where necessaryDocumenting account changes in client filesCompleting renewal applications and order reportsSending all required documentation to clientsPromoting account-rounding with clientsPromote cross-selling & up-selling opportunitiesProactively striving to develop accounts with incoming/outgoing calls & clients visitsCompleting customer-satisfaction calls Basic office dutiesIf you are looking for a challenging and rewarding career, please submit your resume to Monika.
