This role will work across the organization to facilitate effective administration and office operating procedures related to the customer experience. Areas of Responsibility / Tasks Performance must reflect appropriate level of expertise and achievement of the desired results for the items listed below . Customer sales order processingCustomer shipment and documentation.Respond to & resolve customer inquiriesAssist with Documentary Collections & Documentary Letters of CreditIdentify opportunities to create efficiencies, streamline operations and implement new processes to handle tasksProvide administrative support where required Supervisory Responsibilities An inspiring leader selects the best possible candidate for each position, provides structure, direction, feedback, recognition, and accountability; in addition to facilitating team processes, on-going training, and delegation for the following Employees within the Ravago culture and policies. Equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree (Do not remove as this is required language)- Preferred.
