Your role Establishing strong relationships with clients, participants, and various stakeholders involved in the sectors activities. Achieving revenue growth and client retention goals. Conducting governance meetings, group presentations, and individual meetings. Ensuring the delivery of an outstanding customer experience. Assisting the client in promoting their retirement plan. Your team Within the group retirement plans sector, you are part of a team of 5 colleagues and report to the Director of internal sales. You work for the Monteregie region. Our team stands out for its expertise in group retirement plans, quality of delivery, excellent customer experience , enjoyable teamwork atmosphere, and collaboration. We prioritize a variety of continuous learning methods to enrich your development, including experiential learning, training content provided to you, and collaboration with colleagues of diverse expertise and profiles. Prerequisites Bachelors degree relevant to the sector and 3 years of relevant experience, or completed Masters degree relevant to the sector and one year of relevant experience. Group retirement license issued by the Financial Markets Authority or in the process of obtaining one is an asset. Experience in sales and customer service. Knowledge of the collective retirement plans industry. Rigor in client follow-ups.
