Reporting to the Aftermarket Sales Manager, the Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting activities related to the Aftermarket quotes offered to our customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. This person must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and support.
TASKS
· Identify customer’s needs for Aftermarket products and services
· Create quotes on SalesForce
· Create sales orders on Epicor
· Send quotes to applicable customers
· Follow up with customers on provided quotes
· Acknowledge reception of applicable POs
· Process approved orders
· Keep customers updated on the status of their orders
· Advise Accounting when orders are ready to be invoiced
· Keep records updated on SalesForce
· Other tasks assigned by the Aftermarket Sales Manager
Qualifications / Education requirements
· College degree
· Minimum of 2 years of experience on a similar position
· Innate talent for customer service
· Excellent customer service and after-sales service skills
· Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Outlook
· Strong organization skills with a keen eye for detail
· Demonstrated excellence in organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
· Collaborative individual who can work equally well independently and as part of a team
· Bilingual: English & French
