Continuing on our success and further growth plans, CGC Group of Companies is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team.CGC Group of Companies designed and manufactured the first ever Hybrid Heat Pump System in the mid 1990's and now distributes this Canadian system throughout North America. We own and operate two manufacturing facilities in Fergus, Ontario with our Corporate office being in Mississauga, Ontario.We are a multi-faceted company operating two manufacturing facilities, distribution network and a GTA sales organization. CGC Group is proudly part of the Climate Solutions Group of NIBE (Sweden).Our core technologies include:Bulldog Hybrid Heat PumpsMake Up Air UnitsCompax Modular ChillersThis position is open to be based in either our Mississauga or Fergus, ON location office. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and planning skills, as well as strong communication skills. Additionally, a successful candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism while contributing to our friendly environment with their upbeat and positive attitude. Summary of Duties:Works with Project Manager in maintaining, revising, and updating information of existing and new project files Provides freight rate to Project Managers, when neededOversees customer Purchase Order entry in Epicor ERP system, in line with the customer order processCoordinates with Production on customer ship dates and delivery/shipping arrangements (tagging, skidding per floor, etc.) of Purchase OrdersFollows-up with Engineering on the creation of missing part numbers needed in new ordersSends order acknowledgment to Reps/Customers With the Project Manager, acts as the Customers’ point person for confirmed ship dates, deliveries and crisis management issues (shipment delays, production concerns, etc.).Establishes professional relationships with carriers for cost-effective freight quotes and prompt delivery of shipmentsCreates invoices in Epicor for confirmed shipments, and emails these to customersPartners with Account Payables in checking freight invoices from carriersFollows all processes and procedures in place and identifies areas for continuous improvementCompliance and understanding of all Company environmental, health and safety policies Any other duties/projects as assigned Skills and Experience:3-5 years previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environmentIntermediate knowledge and skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, ExcelExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organizational skills, ability to multi-taskPrevious experience using an ERP system, Epicor would be an assetJoin our team and enjoy a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth, and competitive compensation.
