Our marketing department is currently looking for a Customer Experience Representative who will assist customers by providing product and service information. This person assists customers to resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s report, identifying the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure prompt resolution. Collects information reported by customers to prepare reports for analysis. As the front-line human interface for Stingray’s services, this person is responsible for representing the brand and ensuring an optimal experience for the customer.

  • Ensure that all customers who interact with Stingray have the best experience possible
  • Provide product and service information to customers via email – minimal phone support
  • Decipher issues reported by customers to select and reply with the most appropriate response to quickly resolve the issue;
  • Identify and reproduce issues to be escalated to Support Level 2, Content or Delivery Teams;
  • Collect information reported by customers
  • Degree or diploma from an accredited college or university (in progress or completed);
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English and French;
  • Empathetic and sympathetic to customer needs, as well as decisive and driven to help
  • Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word,
  • Strong analytical and deductive skills to quickly isolate and determine specific product issues.
  • Ability to address serious situations, while still expressing a sense of fun that is inherent in the products;
  • Ability to manage stress and maintain a positive attitude during peak business periods.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and during the holidays;

Nice-to-haves

  • Spanish, Dutch, or German, is an asset.
  • Experience with Zendesk.
