Under close supervision, as an Inside Sales Consultant, you will be handling inbound calls or leads, consulting with customers on their legal and identity theft needs, and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into customers.Responsibilities: Our ideal Inbound Sales Consultanthas been a high performer in customer-facing roles that require them to build relationships through a consultative process to meet the needs of the customer. We are also looking for someone with an aptitude for sales who has thrived in a quota-based and competitive environment. Source new sales opportunities through inbound contacts utilizing driven sales techniques and closing strategies. Utilize feedback to improve performance . Drive to set aggressive goals and surpass them . Education, Knowledge, and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Comfortable u tilizing technology and multiple platforms at once Previous customer service experience preferred . Strong active listening skills and ability to overcome objections . Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively . Positive team player Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication .
