Long-term positions and franchise options now available in Toronto (GTA), Ottawa and Halifax.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role opportunity as a Custodial Technician who will be responsible for performing day-to-day cleaning and maintenance tasks in various commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional settings. Tasks may include but are not limited to cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, vacuuming and mopping floors, emptying trash receptacles, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.QualificationsExperience in custodial or janitorial rolesKnowledge of cleaning and maintenance best practicesAbility to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbersAttention to detail and the ability to follow instructionsStrong work ethic and the ability to work independentlyPhysical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objectsGood communication and time management skillsKnowledge of infection control procedures is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent
