Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role opportunity as a Custodial Technician who will be responsible for performing day-to-day cleaning and maintenance tasks in various commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional settings. Tasks may include but are not limited to cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, vacuuming and mopping floors, emptying trash receptacles, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.
Qualifications
- Experience in custodial or janitorial roles
- Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance best practices
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
- Good communication and time management skills
- Knowledge of infection control procedures is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
