Job Description
We're looking for a Criminal Lawyer, with a minimum of 1-2 years experience, and ideally more, who can run criminal files independently from start to finish.You'll need a car, a strong work ethic, and a desire to win. We can provide the rest. Your job will be to get cases resolved quickly, or to run Trials, Sentencing hearings, and the odd Appeal, where required.Must have experience running Bail Hearings, Crown Pre-Trials, Judicial Pre-Trials, Trials, and Sentencing Hearings, and if you can do Peace Bond Hearings and Appeals, that would be ideal. Must be able to defend Impaired/Over 80, Domestic Assault, and Sex Assault cases.Contact us at victor@lawyerupcanada.ca if you have what we're looking for.
