Job Description

Brandt is currently seeking Credit Associates for our Head Office location in Regina, SK. This is a permanent, full-time, in-office position. (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)This position is responsible for primarily data entry, but also includes other general office duties. Duties & ResponsibilitiesConfirming, recording, inputting, and reconciling customer payments in Brandt’s internal systemNotifying Credit Coordinators of payments not received and/or payment remittance issuesElectronic and paper filing of payment remittancesSetting up new customer accountsCompleting the registrations, discharges, and searches of Garage Keeper’s LiensCommunicating with other branches and divisions within Brandt regarding customer payments; transferring and allocating funds appropriatelyPreparing mail to be sent via Canada Post and PurolatorOther duties as assigned#LI-onsiteRequired SkillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and OutlookStrong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as a part of a teamAttention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multi-taskAbility to problem-solve is a great asset in this roleRequired ExperienceEducation and/or experience in an office setting are assetsKnowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and OutlookStrong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as a part of a teamAttention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multi-taskAbility to problem-solve is a great asset in this role
