The performance ads created by our team of strategists at Growth Collective are directly responsible for powering the multi-million dollar paid media plans of some of the biggest DTC brands such as Hush, CROSSNET, Muse Headband, BombTech Golf and more.For 2024, we're looking to add a Creative Strategist to the team that can help us generate more ideas, iterate on these ideas faster and maintain a constant stream of new creative angles for our clients.We use data to make informed decisions, rather than having the data work for us.This means we are constantly looking at Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms’ performance data to optimize and streamline creative decisions to give our direct-to-consumer clients the best chance of success in the marketplace to grow their client base.The ideal candidate is curiously passionate about 'why' video advertisements work & how social media trends go viral!ResponsibilitiesResearching and analyzing client data such as reviews, post purchase surveys and ad comments to understand the company, product, and customers.Ideating both video concepts and graphics based on gathered data for the editing team to executeAn expert at briefing clear and direct creative concepts for the editing team or brand-side content managers to executeComing up with hypotheses of what we'd like to learn and executing creative based on thatTaking in data and incorporating it into future adsHave a clear ability to analyze creative performance based on KPIs, in order to track success and iterate failuresQualificationsAt least 2 years of creative analysis and strategy experience is required.Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager product knowledge is required, TikTok is a big plusAn interest in performance advertisingExperience working as part of a remote team is a plusA passion for learningBonus: Experience with software like Slack, Notion, etc.
