Whether it’s through design, compelling content or cutting-edge digital strategies, we stay ahead of the curve and deliver exceptional experiences.Position Overview:Arnold Street Agency is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Creative Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our creative projects, overseeing them from concept through to completion. You will work closely with our account managers and design team, ensuring that all creative deliverables meet our high standards and are completed on time and within budget. You will report directly to the VP of Design and Creative.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects across various mediums, including photography, video production, graphic design, branding, website design, and packaging.Timeline Coordination: Develop and maintain detailed project timelines. Coordinate closely with account managers to integrate these timelines into broader marketing workbacks, ensuring smooth project flow and timely completion.Budget Management: Oversee creative studio project budgets, maintaining financial efficiency and accuracy while aligning with client expectations and agency standards.Resource Allocation: Effectively manage and allocate both internal and external resources to meet project demands, adjusting as needed to ensure deadlines are met.Team Collaboration: Facilitate close collaboration between the design team and account managers, fostering a seamless integration of creative elements into overall project goals.Reporting: Provide regular updates to the VP of Design and Creative on project progress, potential risks, and resource utilization.Working with Account Managers:Briefing and Planning: Attend internal meetings with account managers to grasp project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Translate these into actionable plans for the creative team.Workback Integration: Sync project timelines with broader account workbacks managed by account managers, ensuring that creative deadlines are realistic and achievable within the overall project schedule.Progress Reporting: Keep account managers informed about the status of creative projects, addressing potential bottlenecks and adjusting plans as necessary.Client Alignment: Ensure all creative work aligns with client expectations and strategic goals, facilitating adjustments and refinements as needed.Working with the Design Team:Creative Briefing: Develop detailed creative briefs that clearly articulate client and project requirements, providing the design team with the direction they need to succeed.Daily Coordination: Maintain ongoing communication with the design team, monitoring progress and providing feedback to ensure that the creative work meets Arnold Street’s high standards.Resource Management: Allocate design resources based on project needs and team capacity, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.Feedback Loop: Manage the feedback process between the design team and account managers/clients, ensuring continuous refinement and improvement of creative output.Problem-Solving: Act as the first point of contact for resolving issues or obstacles that arise during the project lifecycle, offering support and solutions to keep projects on track.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within a creative or digital agency setting, with a strong understanding of managing projects in photography, video, graphic design, branding, website design, and packaging.Skills:Proficient in project management tools and platforms, such as Monday.com, Asana, and Trello.Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a knack for keeping projects on track.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey project updates to clients and team members.Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Experience working closely with senior leadership, providing comprehensive updates and insights.Why Join Arnold Street Agency?Innovative Culture: Be part of a team that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration.Growth Opportunities: We invest in our people’s professional development and provide pathways for career advancement.Dynamic Clients: Work with a diverse range of clients across multiple industries, each presenting unique and exciting challenges.Competitive Benefits: Enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and a flexible work environment.How to Apply:If you are a passionate and driven project manager who thrives in a creative setting, we would love to hear from you!
