OMD TORONTOJOB DESCRIPTIONTITLE: Creative Asset ManagerREPORTS TO: Business DirectorOVERALL RESPONSIBILITIESThe Creative Asset Manager is responsible for the maintenance, trafficking, and execution of creative for all media campaigns across all lines of business (Theatrical, Home Entertainment, and Gaming divisions) supporting the strategy team and activation team. In addition, they are also responsible for engaging clients and vendors to ensure all creative assets are developed to client expectations and according to specific campaign needs.THE ROLEcontact with clients in Canada and H&S counterparts, which includes coordination and alignment of creative looks for various media placements along with approvals.strategic recommendations to clients and ensuring all deliverables are at a high level of quality checks.end-to-end execution of any custom media placements/units and ensure a high level of accuracy (briefing, providing materials, Canada specific messaging, seeking necessary approvals, etc.) when working with vendors (digital partners, broadcast channels, Out of Home – digital or print).with the production teams for the production of assets and ensure asset delivery of media spots across all media channels including broadcast, radio, digital, and Out of Home.broadcast spots as per broadcast schedules and broadcast specific deadlines (advance deadlines during long weekends).finished creative files with all partners and maintain an internal repository of all assets for internal teams by set deadlines and for records.with the dubbing studio in the localization process of French-Canadian spots and provide necessary materials/translations for French campaigns to production house as well as internal teams.relevant meetings with production, clients, and media teams regarding the production and delivery of assets for campaign deliveries.on top of the emails at all times to gauge any upcoming campaigns that the strategy team is working on as some campaigns come up last minute, along with keeping an eye on approvals to manage expectations with creative production and delivery.working hours beyond 9am-5pm may be required at times depending on client / campaign needs WHAT THIS CALLS FORcommunication skills – communicates confidently and clearly over emails and calls to seek alignment and approvals from client, along with the communication that goes to production teams to incorporate feedback/changes on creatives, if any.Passion – highly organized and brings a high level of passion and enthusiasm to handle internal and external needs for each campaign.Problem Solving – Supports team to address challenges and/or asks for help from above when needed.Accountability – stays on top of deliverables and ensures timely delivery of direct responsibilities.Inquisitive Spirit – possesses a desire to learn and acquire knowledge and understanding through day-to-day work experiences.Relationship Building – practices the ability to be personal, understanding, and a desire to do what’s best for the team and the client.Detail Oriented – be able to identify unique creative details required for each campaign/media placement and make sure assets are built up to specs and are as needed.Project Management Experience – be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once as multiple campaigns tend to overlap with others.Responsiveness – be able to understand the time sensitivity of creatives and scheduling as the turnaround times could be truncated.Nimble / Adaptable to Change - be willing and able to quickly react to changes in creative delivery and timelines as movie schedules and campaigns can change with limited notice – be willing to work beyond 9am-5pm when necessary to adapt to urgent creative requirements. WHAT YOU BRINGApproximately 1-2 years of media trafficking experience in a similar role as Campaign Management Specialist, Creative Coordinator or Traffic Coordinator.Client-facing experienceWorking knowledge of the cross-channel media space and available media researchIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word An eagerness and passion to put the best campaigns in market by delivering all creative in a timely manner to client and agency expectations.Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.Ability to work independently and function in a fast-paced environment.COMMITMENT TO IDEAOMG is dedicated to cultivating a workplace that not only respects but actively champions Inclusion, Diversity and Equity through Action (IDEA).
