Agilus is recruiting for a Cost Controller in the Oil&Gas Industry in a hybrid work environment in Edmonton, Alberta. Fantastic opportunity to work for a well recognized energy industry employer, hybrid schedule available. One year contract. Responsibilities: Use standard templates and provide detailed forecasts and supply information for regular monthly reporting. Manage some of the overall project documentation, change requests, decision documents, lessons learned Customer Metering Migration Programs for both gas an electric, $30m budget over 2-3 years. Track portfolio costs and variances and support individual project managers on their projects • Perform overall program and individual project cost controls • Support overall program and individual project reporting i Analyze actuals and variances to plan Quantify impacts of risks to costs and manage contingency (allocated and unallocated) Must have: Very strong excel skills - pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Minimum 5 years in Cost Control What's in it for you: Competitive hourly contract rate Hybrid schedule Resume strengthening placement one year contract with expected extension for another year Interested?
