As we continue to expand our offering and client base, we are seeking an experienced, client-focused individual to support our team and provide the ongoing company administration and secretarial work that underpins these key services. ABOUT THE ROLEThe Corporate Services Manager will exercise their corporate management skills with a key focus on delivering best in class client service and processes for our clients, engaging with stakeholders to build a strong shared culture of responsibility. Though advantageous, no prior knowledge of the gaming industry is needed for this role as training will be provided. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders, identifying opportunities and reacting to challenges with intelligence and insight Have proven ability in fully managing client corporate structures from initial set up with support from internal accounting, secretarial, tax and gaming functions Have exposure to all areas of international gambling compliance and the chance to apply company management and client service skills in a fast-paced and interesting setting Record creation on our client database Prepare Board Packs for client companies Arrange approval of contracts and agreements including third party due diligence Maintenance of company trackers including agreements, board meetings and insurance Bank applications & inputting payments where applicable Working closely with local government institutions when required Setting up operational processes for the growing team of administrators Assisting with hiring of new team members and p roviding training as required ABOUT YOUSkills and Requirements: You will need to be hyper-focused on driving positive results for clients over both the short and long term. The following will also be advantageous: Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build a rapport with senior client representatives The ability not just to organise complex and demanding task flows, but to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to consistently deliver them Two or more years’ experience in corporate services A good understanding of general compliance and bookkeeping methods and standards Understanding of key risk issues and possessing the confidence to escalate appropriately Strong understanding of a risk-based approach to third party due diligence requirements Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise team workloads where required Additional language skills are also welcome You will work as part of a skilled team with the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of gaming organisations and develop your skillset in new areas as we continue to enhance our extensive client portfolio.
