McDougall Energy is looking for a motivated, results-focused and highly organized individual to thrive in the role ofCorporate RetailSite Managerat ourHilltop Shell Gas Stationlocated at26 Manitowaning Rd, Little Current Ontario.Reporting to the Area Supervisor of Corporate Retail, the Corporate Retail Site Manager is responsible for the overall supervisor of the retail operations of the site ensuring consistent company culture, goals, and objectives are met.As a Corporate Retail Site Manager, you will enjoy:Competitive Compensation4 weeks paid vacationCompany paid Health & Dental BenefitsHealthcare & Lifestyle Spending AccountEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Your key responsibilities:Responsible for all activities at the site, including daily operation of gas bar and convenience storeResponsible for the site’s adherence to policies and procedures including customer service, safety, government, and fuel regulations and guidelinesResponsible for maximizing the sales and profitability of the store by monitoring and achieving volume, sales, labour and controllable site expensesResponsible for ensuring all company controls, processes, standards and procedures are implemented and adhered toResponsible for staff training and ensuring all up to date on program offersAbout you:2 years’ experience in retail managementHigh school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education an asset.Strong customer service and merchandising skillsStrong organizations and prioritization skills; committed to deadlinesWell-developed communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsStrong accuracy and attention to detail; able to manage large volumes of dataComputer proficiency and demonstrated knowledge of spreadsheet applications; ability to use a POS software platform as assetDemonstrated success in living the values of McDougall EnergyStrong understanding of Privacy and Confidentiality in the workplaceMust have a valid G licence and reliable vehicle.About Us:Edward Fuels, a Division of McDougall Energy, is a family-owned company with over 100 employees at locations in Manitoulin, Goderich, Teeswater, Kincardine, and Clinton.
