Corporate Quality Assurance Support Manager

Main Functions

  • Support, and training to the QC laboratories of the different sites, including side-by-side performing of the test methods and protocols.
  • Revision and recommendations towards standardization of sampling and testing plans (raw material, packaging materials, work-in-progress and finished products).
  • Implementation of standard testing methods across baking business units
    • Audit baking test program.
    • Highlight differences and drive findings to standardize methods throughout the baking business units.
    • Collaborate on standard between NAB plants, between NAB/EMEA plants.
  • Deployment, train and support users on Quality Control Database (LIMS), ERP, Business Intelligence software.
  • Collaboration with Corporate R&D for validation of test methods, rapid testing methods, robustness of test methods.
  • Collaborate to development of training material; QC training program.
  • Regular traveling to the different sites of the Lallemand company will be required, with emphasis on Quality Control Laboratories.
  • Regular communications with the VP Corporate Quality Assurance will be required for prioritization of the projects and for progress reports.
  • Clear and efficient communications with be required with production site leaders and with project team members.

Technical skills

Required

  • B. Sc. in relevant field (microbiology, biology)
  • 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control
